I’m a woman of many layers. Witch, coach, massage therapist, reiki/energy healer, yoga nidra/meditation teacher, aromatherapist, activist. The connecting thread weaving through it all is the healer. My sacred work, my calling, is to hold you and see you. To Mother. To be the warmth, the fire. When I close my eyes, I see myself enveloping you, guiding you to yourself. I work with a combination of realism and magic. Earth and activism. The Grounded Mystic.
The important work of untangling from imperialist capitalism and patriarchal norms that try to oppress and keep us playing small. You deserve to live a rich, full life where you’re seen and recognised in all your beautiful, messy glory. Because to be human is to be messy! The messy middle is my favourite place because THAT is where the magic happens. That’s where we meet ourselves deeply and in that place, we can speak our truths and enact change, if we’re willing.

I’ve trained as a massage therapist, aromatherapist, yoga teacher, yoga nidra teacher, and life coach, spending years discovering how to create a life that truly nourishes and supports me. Now, I’m here to share this alchemy with you, so you can step fully into your power! and embrace the potent, healing magic within you!

To guide you to release all the b*llsh*t that holds you back and makes you feel that you need to comply and feel small. Women are powerful beyond belief, especially when we live embodied and in touch with ourselves.
