Close your eyes and imagine this: every Wednesday evening before bed; 45 minutes of cosy, soft yoga to slow you down, help you release the day and prepare for a good, restful sleep… Sounds good doesn’t it! Especially as we’re heading into winter and we could all do with this kind of nourishment!
